Expansion Dairy Farm Friedland

Genugten Agri and Friedland Dairy GmbH have enjoyed a fruitful collaboration in recent years. We – Genugten Agri – were given the opportunity to help build a future-oriented dairy farm. What began with the construction of a milking parlor in 2023 culminated in the next step in 2024: the expansion and further optimization of the business operations.

Friedland Dairy’s ambition was clear: to grow capacity without compromising efficiency, animal welfare, or working comfort. Together, we translated this into a well-thought-out and sustainable barn concept.

The project consisted of:
✅ Construction of a modern dairy barn of approximately 6,600 m²;
✅ Central robot area with 8 milking robots for a smooth and efficient milking process;
✅ Slatted alleys with manure scrapers leading to the manure storage;
✅ Complete substructure and superstructure of the barn and feed storage;
✅ Extension of the existing barn by 40 meters, including foundation, steel, and roof construction;
✅ Gable end and various internal concrete works;
✅ Construction of a deep litter barn for added comfort and flexibility in operations.
