As a Site Manager (full-time) you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction site process. As the primary point of contact, you communicate effectively with everyone involved. You oversee the budget, work preparation, the process, and the execution. You also coordinate the schedule and ensure materials are in the right place at the right time. You maintain a safe work environment and monitor the quality of your colleagues’ and subcontractors’ work. You stay on top of your project and ensure everything runs smoothly.
✅ What we ask of you?
• Degree in construction, mechanical engineering or installation technology;
• 3+ years of experience in site management;
• Affinity with the construction and/or agricultural sector;
• You can work independently;
• You have strong communication skills and are solution-oriented;
• Fluent in English and Hungarian;
• Living in Hungary (preferably in 60km radius to Székesfehérvár).
